Hi Amy,
I can't believe that we have had Maddy for six weeks already. She is so adorable. She loves to play with the many toys she has and is fiesty in the morning. We take her on walks everyday and she loves to explore the park we go to. She goes everywhere with me when I go to town. Everyone who sees her thinks she is so cute.

I just bought some more of the Nu Vet Vitamins for her. Here is some pictures of her sleeping, hanging out, and playing with our other dog.

I want another one, but my husband said no. Boohoo....
I love her so much
Thanks for a wonderful puppy.

Hi Amy, again Debbie and I want to thank you for our awesome puppy. We decided on Salem as her name,

btw. Shes been great, albeit a bit stubborn with potty
training, lol. I guess shes about 6 months, now. Shes
starting to get her winter coat as you can see (if
the pic came out OK) We were wondering how long it takes
to get their full coat with tail feathers and all?
She looks to us like she's gona look alot like
Buster,
her Dad, what do you think?
Let us know if you'd like more pics for your
collection as she grows, all though with all your
customers, you must have alot. haha.
thanks again and hope you and your family have a blessed Christmas and new year.

Letters from my Puppy People
Hi Amy,
Just wanted to give you an update on Aldo.  He is 9 months old now.
I call him my "miniature" dachshund.  He is so handsome and people comment on his markings all the time.
He is a wonderful companion and ready to go anywhere with us.  He loves to play, go on walks, run around at the
dog park, and at the end of the day his favorite place is to next to me.  Thanks again for such a wonderful dog.
I have included a couple of recent features so you can see how handsome he is.

Hi there!

Just thought I would share a few photos of Chanel.  She certainly has a personality!  Very smart!  Very soft!  Can be very loving when she wants to!  She loves to eat her toys and spread the white stuffing everywhere!  Makes it look like it snowed in the house!  And loves a great belly rub after a long walk!

Thanks,  we love her very much!
Bonnie

Amy,
oh my goodness he is so cute and adorable he is so precious. we just got home. vicky ignores him and wants nothing to do with him and sits in her crate and pouts and the cats are not sure yet what to think of him. he already bit into sammy's tail and now he is laying on my lap sleeping. i almost forgot how tiny these baby's can be. he cried at first but when we where on the highway he was ok. he had food and water and everything so he is fine. i am taking him to work tomorrow and to a friends house and then we have the weekend we can play and get used to each other. thank you amy he is adorable.

Hi Amy,

I can't say enough about Flame, he is so beautiful, I just enjoy looking at him and he is in my lap much of the time.  We go for walks in the evenings and Flame walks so fast I have to pick up the pace, lol! He really enjoys the walks. People have said how calm and sweet he is, that he has obviously been raised with lots of love. One person who thinks all breeders are puppy mills said Flame obviously wasn't a puppy mill dog! I guess most people aren't comfortable getting a dog without seeing it first. I think all of your dogs look well-loved, any person should be proud to own any one of them, and I'm proud to be Flame's forever home. Oh, I am giving Flame a new name, I liked the name Kipling and I call him Kip. He really seems to like it!  I took some photos of Kip, aka Flame, in his new harness, also in his belly bands--I even have a belly band with a "flame" pattern on it!  I'll send the photos soon.
  Have a great day!    --Diane

Hi Amy,

Well Tucker is six months old, and I thought I would send you a couple pictures I took of him yesterday.  He is such an amazing dog.  He has a great personality!  He is very spoiled being the “little guy” in the house.  Many people have commented on how what a good temperament he has.  He loves walks, playing with my mom’s new puppy and going everywhere with us.  It breaks my heart on mornings I can’t take him to work with me and he is either sitting in his carrying case ready to go or trying to drag it to the front door.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the pictures.  We are so thankful we found you and Longdox.  We could not have asked for a more beautiful and loving dog.  Thanks!!

Tucker a Mary Kate and Flame puppy
You have been sent 5 pictures Of Kasey. He is the most wonderful little guy, has adjusted well with his pals and to John and I. Smart, only takes one time of showing and he has it down. To date he has only had three accidents in the house and is now going out most of the time on his own. Thanks for such a wonderful little boy..........

I have been meaning to send you a photo or two of Logan (Lucy and Buster's litter from Sept '06) to show you how he is doing.  He is a great pup!!!  He is cuddly and loving as promised.  The entire family is very much attached to him after a somewhat rough beginning (not everyone was in favor of getting a puppy, but no one would know what to do without him now!).  This is from Logan's first cruise on the Chesapeake Bay.  He loves water so much I was afraid he might jump in, but he behaved beautifully.  He stood up to let the wind blow his ears around.

I thank you for getting him accustomed to new people and surroundings from the beginning.  When I picked him up at the airport he started snuggling right away.  He was not traumatized at all by the flight and he still plays with the toys that were sent along with him.

Thank you for giving me and my family the opportunity to share our lives with Logan.  He has brought much joy and happiness to the household and we hope to enjoy him for years to come!

Yours truly,

Denise

Hi Amy,

Just wanted to give you an update on Cooper. He had his second vet visit today and received his shots and a clean bill of health. He’s almost doubled in weight since his first visit, so he’s right on track for growth. His behavior and personality are amazing – top notch breeding!  He’s very friendly with everyone, not timid to meet people or dogs for the first time, but definitely knows who his “mama” is!  He is clearly a confident and relaxed puppy – already sleeping in his crate at night, spends his days napping contentedly in his bed with no fuss, and does really well with leash walking in the morning and evening. And talk about cute! So far he’s kept his dark red color like his mom, and seems to have Hunter’s expressive eyes and handsome face. When I’m out walking with him, people actually stop their cars to comment on how adorable he is. He’s already learned his first trick – sit – and starts his puppy classes next Saturday.

Thanks again Amy – he is just a delight! As soon as he and I both have a chance to sit still for a minute, I’ll take some photos and send them your way.

Dear Amy,

It's been nearly three years since I adopted one of your pups, and he has proven to be one of the more amazing dogs that I, or anyone else, has ever seen. He has come to be loved by neighbors and strangers, and just about anyone else who encounters him.

In the litter, his name was Donny. I renamed him John Crichton and thought I might attach some photos of him.

I thought of it today because I was going to start a facebook profile for him.

Oh, and would you happen to know anything about what happened to his brothers and sisters? Have you ever gotten any photos of them? I wonder often if they look the same.

Thanks,

DJ Kinney

Hi Amy,

I want you to know that I think Bailee is going to be fairly easy to housebreak.  She always “does her business” each time I take her outside, which is about every hour and then when she wakes from a nap.  When I’m at work she is very good about using the “pee pads” that I put in her playpen in the house.  That impresses me so much because her playpen is very large and the fact that she knew where her pee pad was and what it was for is awesome.  She has not had one accident in the house yet and she slept through the night on her 3rd night home.  The first two nights she only got up because she needed to go outside then she went right back to sleep.

I’ve had dogs all my life and I’ve not been around many that are this easy at 8 weeks old.  She is amazingly smart and loving.

She is going for her first vet appointment this afternoon so I can be sure it’s OK to take her to L.A. with us this weekend.  She is a great traveler so I’m excited to take her on her first “vacation”.  I’ll send you some pictures soon.  We just got a new computer so we don’t have all the programs for the photos set up yet.  Hopefully, we’ll get that accomplished in the near future.

Thanks again Amy,

Terri

Hi Amy,                                               08/01/2008
I just wanted to update you on Cash. He is a wonderful little man. Potty training him was just a sinch! He is so gorgeous, everyone who meets him tells me how special and handsome my little Cash is. He just loves all dogs, he greets every one of them with a wagging tail. Although his favorite thing of all is being with people. Cash is the most socialized pup I have ever owned, but of course I know it is because he came from Longdox. I couldn't have expected anything more! I am so lucky to own one of your puppies, but anyone would be. I am looking forward to the next puppy we own from you.

Sincerely,
Megan & Daniel
Dear Amy,
I am so happy to say that "Cinder" has adjusted well to her new home.  She is such a delight.  And incredibly smart!  I take her out after she eats, after naps, after playtime, and before bed.  She loves to play in the grass and roll around and play with the leaves.  My other two dogs think she is the best too and they get along famously.  She lets me know already what she wants, so there isn't any doubt.  Today she is 8 weeks and practically housebroken.  Her personality is adorable!  She is so healthy too.  I can't help but believe that your expertise and tender loving care in raising her has given me the best possible puppy!   Thanks so much

Hugs,
Gloria
P.S.  I think Cinder looks a lot likes her Dad, Jonas!!
Hello Amy,
These are the pics I promise in my earlier email today.  As you can see, we have some happy kids!  Last night I asked them what they were grateful for and they said: "Poppy!"  Also, on the first day of school, Aubrey's teacher had them write a paper about something they wished for and she said a dog.....we sent her teacher these pics and the teacher said:  "Your wish came true!"

:)
Happy Day,
Linda
Amy,
Just dropping you a lil update on Blaze. He has made our family so happy. He has such a personality on him. Whenever we go anywhere..people are always in love with him. Today at the vet, the tech had to run him in the back just to show everyone, I had someone even ask if he was for sale..she wanted him. I told her to come to you for one of his siblings. We aren't giving him up. We thank you so much for everything that you have done for us to get this lil bundle of joy here to us. We would definitely recommend everyone looking for an amazing mini dachshund to go directly to you. We will keep you updated with plenty of pics of him as he grows. Thank you again...we can not express in words how much your time has meant to us.

Hi Amy,
Our little Maddy is doing great!
She is the best little puppy ever. Everyone loves her and she loves traveling around with us. It snowed a lot here Friday morning, I let her out to go potty and she started playing in the snow. I didn't think she would like it, but she did. Here is a few pictures of her in the snow and some of my daughter and youngest son holding her.

Hi Amy,                                       2-17-2009

Just wanted to let you know that the puppy had her Vet exam and fecal sample tested and everything came out great.
There are no parasites and she is very healthy.  I had her microchiped.
Thank you for taking such good care to produce healthy, quality puppies.
I have attached another photo of her sleeping.
Thanks,
Katharine
